1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on the MAE website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial transactions.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices listed on our boutique are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies or inventory unavailability.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders anytime prior to dispatch directly from their Account Dashboard while in Placed or Confirmed status. Once an order has been marked as Shipped/Dispatched, cancellation is strictly unavailable as the consignment is in transit. Upon delivery, our standard 7-day exchange policy applies. Prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch receive an automated full refund to the original payment source.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, text, and brand assets on this website are the proprietary property of MAE. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.
